This site had the following on the homepage, "Children with development delay and disabilities of up to 6 years are not included in any intervention programmes with the exception of some pre-school activities and home training programmes." We noticed that the web page said " Some INGOs and Nepal Government have recently set up some limited pre-school facilities for normal developmental children with VDCs and NGOs." It also stated " Website designed by Vibhu Mishra." The header had PRAN as the highest ranking keyword. It was followed by Portage and Rehabilitation Association Nepal, Portage Early Intervention, and children with disability which isn't as ranked as highly as PRAN. The next words the site uses is development delay. Nepal was also included and could not be viewed by search crawlers.
